Flight Instructor rating:

A flight Instructor rating is a popular choice for many pilots looking to obtain their first flying position after completing their Commercial Pilot Licence.

Instrument ratings:

Private Instrument rating (PIFR):

An excellent next step for you as a Private Pilot Licence holder, this Rating will allow you to fly in non-VMC conditions at both day and night. If you don’t yet hold 50hrs PIC time, a Private Instrument Rating (PIFR) is for you.

Single-engine Instrument rating:

Obtaining a single-engine instrument rating will qualify you to fly without visual reference to ground on days where there may be low cloud and visibility.

Multi-engine instrument rating (MECIR):

An essential step in your aviation career, it enables the Pilot in Command to fly multi engine aircraft under Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC).

Multi-engine class rating:

A Multi Engine Class Rating will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to operate a multi engine aircraft.

Night ratings (NVFR):

Enables you to fly an airplane at night anywhere in Australia.

Special feature endorsements:

Enables you to pilot certain aircraft with specific design features i.e. Retractable Landing Gear, Manual Pitch Propeller…

Tailwheel endorsement:

A Tail Wheel Endorsement (TW) will let you fly aircraft with a tail wheel instead of a tricycle undercarriage.
